Steelers: Mike McCarthy's New Offensive Plan of Attack, Aaron Rodgers Targeting Deep Middle Passes

Christopher Carter of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, hosts the Locked on Steelers podcast, and is joined by Alan Saunders of SteelersNow.com.

The Pittsburgh Steelers' first game under Mike McCarthy didn't feature more scoring, but the offense was different. Christopher Carter and Alan Saunders explain why, and show how Aaron Rodgers' usage of the deep middle part of the field doubled from the rate he used it last year. Though DK Metcalf had some key drops and the Steelers' offense missed on some big opportunities, Chris and Alan think McCarthy's offense being more aggressive with its passing attack could make for a good plan in the future.
