UNCOVERED: TJ Pittinger Gives His TAKE on SUCK TAX–Repercussions for FSU Keeping Mike Norvell

Florida State Seminoles' handling of the “suck tax” comes under fire as uncertainty mounts over Mike Norvell’s future and the stalled athletic director search. Are key decision makers ignoring hard truths about coach buyouts, recruiting challenges, and the real cost of rebuilding a top-tier program? The conversation probes whether Florida State’s administration is in over its head—and if fans, boosters, or the football culture itself can endure another year of status quo.

The Florida State–Clemson rivalry, once a contender-defining clash, suffers a major blow with both teams unranked in the top 15. The discussion explores how program identity, fan apathy, and mismanaged PR jeopardize the Seminoles’ standing in college football. Insights include the impact of ticket renewals, coach carousel risks, and the urgent need for competent leadership in Tallahassee. Will a delayed coaching or AD change put the Seminoles even further behind rivals—both on the field and in the boardroom?
