In today's episode, Rachel's sister Audrey joins the Chicks just a week after graduating from Duke. Audrey reflects on her running journey, from her start in high school to competing at both Stanford and Duke, and shares how she developed as an NCAA athlete over the course of her collegiate career.
She opens up about navigating the pressures of college running, undergoing surgery at just 13 years old, and the resilience those experiences taught her. Audrey also discusses the special bond she and Rachel share through running, how Rachel helped shape her running journey, and what it was like following in her older sister's footsteps.
The conversation also covers Audrey's recruiting process, her training and development throughout college, memorable moments from her NCAA career, and the biggest lessons she’s taking with her as she closes this chapter and looks ahead to what's next.
