Dani has made her presence known in ultra running in the UK.
After getting into trail running during the pandemic by jogging with her dog on walks, she soon realised how much she enjoyed running and signed up to a 10k. Then she dipped her toes into marathon running and eventually that led her to ultras. Being in her own words “highly competitive” she decided that coming top 5 in an ultra wasn’t enough, she wanted to win them.
in the summer she placed 2nd at the full summer Spine and she’s just this past weekend, won the District BackYard Ultra outright. Another outstanding performance women’s ultra running who seem to be dominating the BYU world at the moment.
Dani will do more great things in the future!
