"Something so hard can be so beautiful and sharing this with everybody is kind of the mission of the race."
Erik Koenig, Tim Brasier, and Bridgett Heser are all accomplished long-distance runners and organizers of the Island View Endurance Run, a premier event hosted by the Santa Barbara County Trails Council that attracts trail runners from across the nation. Experience breathtaking island and ocean views while challenging yourself on the stunning Gaviota Coast. In this special episode, they chat with Luis about where they are from, where they like to run, Island View Endurance Run, and needing help putting this race on.
