Seit dieser Woche ist es endlich klar! Der Ironman in Hamburg hat doch eine Radstrecke und es scheint, als würde das Rennen stattfinden. Das nehmen wir zum Anlass, um über die Vorbereitung auf das Rennen zu sprechen. Außerdem geht es in der Folge auch um die Problematik, wie man zwei Langdistanzen in kurzer Zeit hintereinander absolvieren kann.
