Hannah and Rich look ahead to the Saturday's Diamond League meeting - the London Athletics Meet - where Josh Kerr will conclude 'Project 222' to try and break Hicham El Guerouj 's mile world record of 3:43.13 that has stood since 1999 - but could Yared Nuguse spoil the party?
We look at whether two more records could go in the 800m, with Keely Hodgkinson having been talked up for the women's mark - set in 1983 - but coming into this on the back of an injury in training a few weeks ago, and Emmanuel Wanyonyi a contender in the men's race - at the stadium where David Rudisha smashed the record at London 2012.
There's plenty more to look forward to as well - and we'll be back for a podlet at the end of the meet on Saturday.
