On this Episode, Alison Andersen returns to the show to recap her race at the Spartan Morzine Ultra World Championship! Alison was first on the show back in January, where I talked to her about placing 1st in the Spartan Killington Ultra back in September. Since then she has taken on Lindsey Webster as a Coach, and also placed 1st at the Spartan New Jersey Ultra . We briefly talk about NJ, and then the rest of the episode we focused on Morzine.
