Heat Monitoring Victor Oladipo + Searching for Another Guard

Could Victor Oladipo make a surprising return to the Miami Heat? According to Ira Winderman, the Heat have been monitoring Oladipo’s comeback and cleared the 34-year-old guard to work out at Kaseya Center. Wes Goldberg and David Ramil discuss what Oladipo could realistically offer after not playing in the NBA since 2023 and whether Miami should consider a reunion.

Then, Jake Fischer reports the Heat have internal interest in adding a veteran guard with their open 15th roster spot. Could that eventually lead to Oladipo? What about another reunion with Gabe Vincent? And does Miami even need to make a move before the season?

Wes and David compare Oladipo and Vincent, examine Miami’s backcourt depth behind Davion Mitchell and determine the best approach for the Heat’s final roster spot.
