Klay Thompson Is ALREADY Making Giannis Better

Klay Thompson went scoreless in the Miami Heat’s preseason game against Toronto — and he might have demonstrated exactly why Miami signed him. Giannis Antetokounmpo explained how Klay’s shooting gravity kept defenders attached to him, eliminated help defense and created the kind of spacing Giannis rarely gets to enjoy.

Wes Goldberg and David Ramil break down why Klay’s impact next to Giannis goes far beyond the box score, what else Miami needs from him and why nobody should be worried about a slow preseason start.

Then, the Heat got their first look at some of the players they traded to Milwaukee for Giannis — and it wasn't pretty. Tyler Herro and Jaime Jaquez Jr. combined for 5-of-16 shooting with six turnovers, while Kel’el Ware had his own rough moments. Does the Giannis trade somehow look even better?

Plus, two-time Heat champion Norris Cole is returning to the organization as a Sioux Falls Skyforce assistant coach.
