Jameis Winston makes his 90th career start with Dart on injured reserve after knee surgery. Winston is 3-9 in his last 12 starts and went 11 of 27 for 111 yards in relief at the Rams. Brian Daboll, fired by the Giants at 2-8 in 2025, is now the Titans' offensive coordinator, and Brian Callahan and Dennard Wilson moved the other way.

The Titans are 0-2. Cam Ward has 323 passing yards, one touchdown and no interceptions through two games, and Tennessee has punted on 61.1 percent of its possessions per Sharp Football Analysis, the only team in the league over 50 percent.

Final injury report: Brian Burns (ankle), Deonte Banks (calf) and Tyler Nubin (calf) are questionable, and Burns missed all three practices. Andrew Thomas and Malik Nabers have no designation. For Tennessee, Cor'Dale Flott (quad) and Tyjae Spears (ankle) are questionable and Tony Pollard is off the report.
