Welcome back to The Marathon Podcast. On this episode we have Dr. Hussain Al-Zubaidi on, and he just ran a 2:37 marathon in Boston. A few years ago that would have been the most unrealistic marathon time he could imagine. Overweight and with a fatty liver, he started walking. Then running. And here we are.
Hussain is also a part of Parkrun and we discuss what that is, and how this is changing running.
