On August 12th, 1995, Sonia became the first Irish female world champion when she crossed the line in the 5k event in 14:46.47.
In the episode, Sonia reflects on the pressure she put on herself and how she protected her energy by basing herself in London before the championships.
It will be a full-circle moment for the O'Sullivan family this year with daughter Sophie qualified to compete in the World Championships in September.
