One of the biggest highlights of UTMB week in Chamonix for myself and Liga is always our annual shake out run – and this year marked our fourth edition. What started as a small community meet-up has grown into something truly special, with around 120 runners from all over the world joining us in 2025 to celebrate trail running together.
