Trying not to poop myself

I started a nitric oxide regimen because I don’t want to drink beet juice. I have one kind of pills that I take twice a day in the morning. And then there’s another kind that im supposes to take four of before a session. I’m not sure it worked, but I didn’t poop my pants. That probably means it didn’t work, but who knows.
