From City Run to Trail Race | Exploring Chengdu - A 20 MILLION People Mega City on Foot!

Our incredible China adventure continues as we travel to the mega city of Chengdu, home to over 20 million people. In this episode, we head out for an unforgettable city run with the Kailas FUGA team, exploring Chengdu’s streets, culture and atmosphere in the best way possible.

Running through a new city is always one of the best ways to experience it, and Chengdu did not disappoint. From the energy of the streets to the unique surroundings, this run gave us a real feel for life in China.

After the run, the adventure continues as we travel to our next destination, where Liga and I take on our very first trail running race in China.
