Backstroke Head Positioning Drill #theraceclub
One of our top drills for maintaining steady head positioning in backstroke involves placing a half-filled cup of water on the swimmer's forehead. To keep the cup from tipping, the athlete must consistently focus and adjust their head alignment properly. After removing the cup, we observe noticeable improvement in the swimmer's head positioning. Additionally, this exercise is enjoyable!
