Li-Ning Red Hare 9 Ultra Vs Asics Megablast | We compare the two popular training shoes

The Li-Ning Red Hare 9 Ultra is a max stack super trainer built around a three-layer midsole. A soft race foam top layer provides the step-in comfort and initial cushioning response.

Sitting in the middle is the Super Boom Capsule, a pressure-wrapped foam insert that traps energy on compression and releases it as explosive energy return with each stride, and underneath is a firmer layer of beaded PBA to improve stability and transitions.

The Megablast follows the widespread popularity of the excellent Superblast and Superblast 2. It’s a running shoe designed to deliver a lightweight, responsive ride across a range of sessions, aiming for increased versatility over its older siblings.
