How To Fuel A Marathon: Four runners share their race day strategies
Getting your fuelling right is a crucial part of any marathon, and it doesn’t matter how much you’ve trained or how super your shoes are; if you fail to give your body the energy it needs to run 26.2 miles, you’re not going to have a great race day. Between us we’ve run over 100 marathons and we all have reliable nutrition strategies that we go back to time and time again. New Balance Ellipse First Run: Two runners' first impressions of New Balance's new daily trainer
New Balance has a brand new shoe in its line up. The New Balance Ellipse is a FreshFoamX packing daily miler that New Balance says is designed for easy enjoyment rather than speed. It’s lighter and lower stacked than the 880V15 and the 1080v15 and comes in slightly cheaper to boot.
