The Importance of Hyperstreamline #theraceclub
Maintaining a proper streamline is the simplest thing in swimming - but often most overlooked. Here at The Race Club, we require all of our athlete's to maintain a hyperstreamline every single time they push off the wall. Here are a few cues to maximize your distance off the walls
1️⃣ Keep your biceps behind your ears, not over top of them
2️⃣ Keep your chin tucked down, while squeezing your elbows together as tight as possible
3️⃣ Streamline through to your toes. The proper streamline is just as important with our lower body as it is with our upper body.
