Former NBA All-Star Zach Randolph recently appeared on the Out The Mud Podcast and revealed that he had recently spoken with Russell Westbrook’s younger brother, Raynard Westbrook. According to Randolph, Westbrook still has plenty left in the tank — and he even suggested that Russell Westbrook could potentially return to the NBA.

But that’s not all…

Zach Randolph specifically said that he would like to see Russell Westbrook with the MIAMI HEAT if he does decide to come out of retirement. 👀🔥

Westbrook officially announced his retirement in August 2026 after an incredible 18-year NBA career. The former MVP finished his career as the NBA’s all-time leader in triple-doubles and also recorded nine All-NBA selections, two scoring titles and the 2016-17 MVP award. (NBA.com)
