Kyren Williams & Blake Corum: The Rams’ Two-Headed Monster Is BACK

Erin Coscarelli is joined by Rob Havenstein to break down a busy trade-deadline week in the NFC West. The 49ers brought back DeForest Buckner and the Seahawks landed Quenton Nelson from the Colts for a third and a fifth. Rob explains why Buckner fits San Francisco’s attacking front, makes the case that the Rams should add a run-stopping defensive lineman instead of a flashy receiver, and breaks down the Rams’ most efficient offensive game of the McVay era in the 35-21 win over the Raiders. The two dig into the one-two punch of Kyren Williams and Blake Corum, how the offensive line set them up to make cuts at or past the line of scrimmage, and how Corum is closing the gap in pass protection. They wrap with a preview of Sunday’s matchup against the winless Chargers at SoFi, plus a Halloween segment featuring the Havenstein family’s Harry Potter costumes.
