The Hoka Cielo X1 3.0 is a race-day super shoe focused on speed and efficiency. It’s the lightest version yet, with a 15 gram weight reduction compared to the previous model.

Built for fast efforts, it features a propulsive carbon fibre plate paired with a responsive PEBA superfoam, delivering high energy return and a snappy ride. The MetaRocker geometry is fine-tuned to optimise turnover, helping maintain a smooth, continuous motion through each stride.

The Puma Fast-R Nitro Elite 3 is a big overhaul on the previous versions of the shoe. The incredibly lightweight design uses an upgraded Nitrofoam Elite midsole to provide a high level of energy return that combines with an extended carbon-fiber PWRPLATE for a propulsive toe off.
