It shouldn't be surprising that doing the right thing consistently leads to good things happening consistently or at the very least you can be proud of what YOU did consistently. And this is true between the start and finish lines and beyond the start and finish lines. This episode is about the foundational pillars of what exactly "do the right thing" means for a runner or coach and how it can shape the running journey they are on. It's never not the right time for this conversation but sometimes it's more of the right time for this conversation. This is one of those times.
