FIX This Wrist Move Before Hip Height
Most golfers ruin their swing before it even gets going.
The club goes around the body, the wrists cup or bow, and the face is already in a bad position before you’ve even reached hip height.
Here’s what needs to happen instead:
✅ As the club reaches parallel to the ground, your front wrist moves from cupped to flat
✅ Your back wrist moves up on roughly a 45 degree angle
✅ This keeps the face controlled and sets you up for a much better strike
Get the takeaway right and the rest of the swing has a chance.
