Do This Before Every Tee Shot for More Power | Titleist

Master your golf driver swing with these essential warm-up techniques. Improve your torque and consistency by learning how to generate power from the ground up. Titleist staff member Joe Plecker explains how golfers can use ground force to generate more speed with the driver.

The golf warm-up three-swing drill progresses through different effort levels to help establish a balanced stock speed before moving toward a max-effort swing. Plecker demonstrates how stance width and pressure through the lead foot contribute to clubhead speed. He also addresses the opposing movement of the body and club, along with the importance of warming up before making an all-out driver swing.
