The Golden State Valkyries are 2026 WNBA champions, and the Bay Area has a new team to brag about. We're counting down the 15 best plays from the Valkyries' October title run: the shots, the stops and the loud-arena moments that turned a young franchise into a champion.
This team didn't just win, they took over. The countdown is packed with deep threes, transition buckets, clutch finishes and a building that was purple from top to bottom every night. Every play is ranked, and the debate over which one deserves the top spot starts now.
Then there's the bigger question: with the Warriors trying to figure out their future, are the Valkyries already the Bay's most exciting team? We'll let the highlights make the case.
