If your rotation feels off, these 3 drills can help fix it.
Front kick rotation (arms by side) - teaches you to rotate from the hips and stay balanced.
6-1-6 drill - great for timing, but also very good for finding the right rotation, balance, and alignment in the stroke.
Straight arm freestyle - encourages natural body roll, helps connect the shoulders and hips, and works well for swimmers who tend to swim too flat.
