Running the "Irish Border" | Bigfoot 200 VLOG04

Follow my training as I prepare to return to Bigfoot 200 after a solid 8th place in 2019.

This week's vlog is from the second long run of the weekend. I'm out exploring new areas of the Cooley Mountain range, running along that invisible line they call the Irish border. Who knew? 🤷‍♂️

Quick Stats: Bigfoot 200 is a 206-mile ultramarathon in the Pacific North West of America. It's said to be the most remote of all the 200 milers, as it traverses the wild Cascade mountains, reaching a total ascent of nearly 13k metres (42k feet).
