Welcome back :) I'm finally back to training consistently after 7 months of injury - a scaral stress fracture. In this video, I share my current gym routine, how I managed to secure a place in the Melbourne Marathon Elite Field, my return to racing with a 5K parkrun while around 10 kg overweight, and my plans to document everything that goes into chasing a new marathon personal best - including training, nutrition, supplements, recovery, and more.
