Dalton Risner Is A Good Dude #Bengals

Dalton Risner took responsibility for the strip-sack that ended the Bengals’ final drive in Sunday’s 30-27 loss to the Steelers.

“I played a great football game all day,” the Bengals right guard said. “But the one play where in my mind, it mattered the most is when I got to be at my best and I wasn’t.”

“It stings, it sucks. It’s a lot of really good things to take away from the offensive tape, but at the end of the day, we lost.”

Risner spoke about how he’ll respond: “I have faith because when things are bad, I have something to lean on that’s bigger than myself and for me, that’s Jesus.”

“I’m going to lean on God. I’m going to lean on my teammates. I’m going to continue to work and we’re going to continue to be a better football team. We’re going to be a better offensive line.”

Looking ahead to Jacksonville, Risner said, “What a great opportunity we have to go three in one against the Jaguars.”
