Rugby Canada's Director of women's rugby and XV's Head Coach, Kevin Rouet, joins Jax and Gabby on the show this week.
We discuss the WXV tournament, Canada's goal of beating the Red Roses this fall and how he is integrating younger players into the system so the team has all the experience they need come Australia 2029.
Kevin is honest around Canada's unique situation - the team is in the top 3 in the world but the team cannot pay them to be fully professional.
We talk about the One Squad mentality, how Kevin would love to see a professional arm of the game grow in Canada and what he has learned from coaching the PWR.
