The beginning of the game was not the most successful for the guests from Moscow. They made mistakes, as if they were just getting into the rhythm. The Ural team, on the other hand, immediately set a high pace, demonstrating a fast and dynamic game. However, the Moscow volleyball players managed to gather themselves, improve their reception, and actively use discounts, equalizing the score at 7:7. The Ural players responded with a powerful block, completely neutralizing their opponents' attacks. Dynamo, represented by Elizaveta Sinitsyna, used the first pace whenever possible, and Angelina Lazarenko and Anastasia Manzhosova restored the balance again – 13:13. Nina Kasatkina and Elizaveta Protopopova's accurate attacks and good defense allowed the hosts to take the lead – 17:14. In the end, Kasatkina served a no-hit, Branka Tita was accurate in her line attack, and Natalia Goncharova made a mistake on one of the setballs. 25:19 in favor of Uralochka.
In the second set, Kasatkina and Oksana Shvydkaya were confident in their play, and Elizaveta Fitisova successfully supported them on the block. This allowed the home team to gain a slight advantage at the beginning of the set, with a score of 7:5. However, the Muscovites were able to turn the tide of the game, with Anastasia Chernova delivering accurate and quick attacks, while her teammates effectively defended against the Ural team's attacks. As a result, Sergei Sichev's team managed to create a comfortable lead, with a score of 14:8. Mikhail Karpol's timeout did not yield any results. Numerous mistakes prevented the Ural players from imposing an equal fight – 14:25.
After a short equal start (5:5), Chernova performed brilliantly with a solo number – she was especially successful at pipes, for which Uralochka could not find an antidote – 12:9. The hosts patiently waited for their chance and, thanks to the accurate attacks of Protopopova and Fitisova, they managed to even the score – 13:13. It seemed that the game will swing again, but Moscow once again pulled ahead, depriving the hosts of the opportunity for effective counterattacks – 19:14. The end of the set was largely due to the submission of the Moscow players, who seriously spoiled the percentage of reception for the Ural volleyball players. And without a stable reception, it is very difficult to beat such an experienced and stable opponent. Moscow demonstrated this by taking another set in their favor – 25:19.
In the fourth set, Uralochka-NTMK brought back the starting six, and it worked. Kasatkina's attack and Fitisova's block reignited the fire on the Ural side. The Moscow block tried to cool down the hosts' ardor, and the battle intensified again, leading to a 11-11 score. Then, Elizaveta Pavlova stepped in to strengthen the serve, forcing the guests to take a break, and Shvydkaya and Kasatkina took Uralochka-NTMK to a 15-13 lead. But the Muscovites were not going to give up and quickly made up for lost time, taking advantage of the mistakes of the Ural team, and the score was equal again – 17:17. At the end of the set, the Ural women were able to take the lead, leading 22:20, and eventually won the game – 25:23.
The tension in the tie-break was palpable, and it seemed that luck was struggling to decide which team to favor. The hosts, Uralochka-NTMK, fought fiercely to keep the visitors at bay. Each point was earned with great effort, and the lead shifted back and forth due to mistakes. As soon as the Ural team gained the upper hand, Dynamo quickly responded. Gradually, the momentum began to shift in favor of the Moscow team. She demonstrated a more stable and clean game, while Mikhail Karpol's team made more and more mistakes. After the change of sides (6:8), Uralochka-NTMK made several attempts to reduce the gap, but their luck turned against them. Moscow was gaining an advantage of 13:10. The experienced Moscow team was not going to miss this opportunity, and despite their best efforts, the Ural team was unable to turn the tide of the game. Sergey Sichev's volleyball players confidently led the match to victory, winning it with a score of 15:11.
