Mount to Coast M1 review - first run and first impressions. Mount to Coast have made a big impact on the running scene over the last few years. I’ve tested out pretty much every model they’ve released, and their shoes have consistently worked well for me and my foot shape.

Their latest release, the Mount to Coast M1, has already generated plenty of hype, particularly among trail and ultra runners looking for a shoe built for long-distance mountain running.

In today’s video, I’m taking a closer look at the new Mount to Coast M1 trail running shoe, covering the key features and what makes it different before lacing them up and taking them out for my first run.
