Brooks Glycerin 23 First Run Review | A slight midsole update makes a big difference
Running
The Brooks Glycerin 23 is a neutral road running shoe designed for everyday training and long runs. It features Brooks’ dual-cell DNA TUNED midsole, which uses nitrogen-infused foam for a balanced ride with a touch of energy return.
Compared to the previous version, the Glycerin 23 adds 2 millimetres of cushioning in the forefoot, giving the shoe an 8mm drop instead of the 10mm in the Glycerin 22.
