Puma Velocity Nitro 5 First Run Review | The great value daily gets some improvements

The Puma Velocity Nitro 5 is a neutral daily training shoe designed to deliver a comfortable, versatile ride across a wide range of runs. It features an updated Nitrofoam midsole made from 100% aliphatic TPU, offering lightweight cushioning with a responsive feel. A wider platform and slightly higher stack height than the previous version provide a little more comfort and stability while maintaining smooth transitions.

An engineered mesh upper improves breathability and offers a secure yet accommodating fit for everyday training. The outsole uses Pumagrip rubber to provide durable traction on a variety of surfaces, helping the shoe perform confidently in both dry and wet conditions.
