In this special edition of Unfiltered Waters, we trade swim caps for chef hats and put some of the biggest names in swimming to the ultimate test: an Olympian Cook-Off.
On one side, Katie Ledecky and Bobby Finke team up to create a steak dinner complete with a caprese salad and a surprise dessert. On the other side, Kieran Smith joins legendary Florida coach Anthony Nesty to serve up homemade pasta, sauce, meatballs, and all the confidence that comes with it.
Judging the competition are Elizabeth Beisel, Emma Weyant, and Katie Hoff, who score each team on flavor, freshness, technique, and presentation. What follows is a night full of trash talk, surprise ingredients, questionable knife skills, secret recipes, unexpected strategy, and some of the funniest moments we've ever captured on Unfiltered Waters.
This episode was born out of a simple idea. So many athletes told us they love cooking and care deeply about what they put into their bodies. We wanted to showcase their personalities and talents outside the pool, and the result was one of the most entertaining nights we've had yet.
Who wins the first-ever Olympian Cook-Off? You'll have to watch to find out.
Be sure to . We have a feeling there will be plenty to choose from.
