Chasing Ghosts - Valencia Marathon Training episode 2

We ended the first episode of this series with week 4 and a very busy weekend spectating the Chicago Marathon. And over the next four weeks, we’re going to be threading that needle of keeping milege up, keeping intensity up, and trying to avoid illness and injury. And I’ll also have one more international trip on my work schedule that I’ll also have to manage. Let’s see how I get on as we start with Valencia Marathon training, week 5.
