Is This the BEST Brooks Trail Shoe? | Cascadia Elite Full Review | Run4Adventure

I can’t believe it’s been over 5 months since I first laced up the Brooks Cascadia Elite for our first impressions video. I absolutely loved that first run and, for the first time in a while, I’d found a Brooks running shoe that genuinely got me excited and put a big smile on my face!

Since then, I’ve clocked up over 50 miles in the Brooks Cascadia Elite across a wide mix of terrain, including some challenging trail races. So, after plenty of time putting this trail running shoe through its paces, it’s finally time for the full review.

In this video, we’ll take a detailed look at the Brooks Cascadia Elite’s comfort, fit, grip, cushioning and overall performance on the trails, and find out whether I’m still enjoying the feel and performance that impressed me on that very first run.
