Sange Sherpa, a couple of days out from his fourth Tor des Géants, and just a week after SwissPeaks. He covers stacking long races back to back with short recovery, last year's run of races with the bike rides in between, and why he runs on feel with no training plan at all. Sange also talks through why he carries a flute made from a broken pole, how he lost it in a fountain at SwissPeaks last week and got it back from the runner behind him, and the charity work he's been doing in his home village in Nepal since 2011, from building a school and health post to his new fundraiser after this August's flooding.
