The Mizuno Neo Vista 3 is a super trainer designed to deliver a cushioned and responsive ride across a range of everyday paces. It uses a combination of nitrogen-infused Enerzy NXT foam in the top layer and a more durable Enerzy NXT EVA foam beneath, with a full-length Wave Plate embedded to add structure, stability, and additional energy return through the stride.
The geometry of the shoe is designed to support smoother transitions, using Mizuno’s Smooth Speed Assist setup to encourage more efficient foot placement and a more fluid roll from landing to toe-off. A pronounced rocker shape and heel bevel are included to help maintain momentum during longer efforts.
