After a slow start in the Chamonix Valley — with Liga picking up a cold and me dealing with a few foot niggles — it was finally time to hit the trails. We set out for a bigger adventure on the stunning mountain paths of Chamonix, running from the Cascade du Dard waterfall up to the Refuge du Plan de l’Aiguille. This route is a classic mix of hiking and trail running in Chamonix, with epic views of the Mont Blanc Massif, alpine forests, and waterfalls.
