With Giannis Antetokounmpo, Bobby Portis and Nick Richards, Miami has three players capable of playing the power forward/center positions, with legitimate size and physicality throughout the frontcourt.

Giannis gives Miami an elite two-way superstar who can attack the rim, defend multiple positions, rebound and create mismatches.

Bobby Portis gives the Heat toughness, rebounding, scoring and another legitimate big body who can play alongside Bam.

Nick Richards gives Miami another traditional big who can protect the rim, rebound and provide size in the frontcourt.

And most importantly, Bam Adebayo doesn’t have to do everything anymore.

For years, Miami’s lack of size has been one of the biggest criticisms of the roster. Now, for the first time in the Bam era, the Heat have the type of frontcourt depth and size that fans have been asking for.
