Follow my training as I prepare to return to Bigfoot 200 after a solid 8th place in 2019.

This week's vlog was filmed on an epic Slieve Donard (Northern Ireland's highest peak) x 4 ascent from sea level. The focus was on the long ascents and descents in preparation for a switch to UTMB instead of Bigfoot 200 😢

Quick Stats: Bigfoot 200 is a 206-mile ultramarathon in the Pacific North West of America. It's said to be the most remote of all the 200 milers, as it traverses the wild Cascade mountains, reaching a total ascent of nearly 13k metres (42k feet).

I also vlog on IG. Come and say hi 👋
