Drop .5 Seconds the next time you jump in the water for your 100 fly !!
This is the most common mistake we see swimmers making in the butterfly open turn and it is costing them .2 to .3 Seconds PER WALL! This is a very substantial amount of time to drop for fixing one technical aspect of your swimming that doesn't require any more energy !
The next time you do your butterfly open turn think about keeping the arm that stays on the wall longer more rigid, treating it as a leverage point forcing you back, transferring momentum out of the wall, instead of collapsing in to the wall.
