As Director of CampusCare Operations at Hartford HealthCare, Vivian oversees student health, counseling, and sports medicine services across seven Connecticut college campuses—helping thousands of students access the care and support they need to thrive.

A passionate advocate for continuous growth and improvement, Vivian began her Hartford HealthCare career nearly a decade ago as a Lean facilitator and has continued to grow as a leader by embracing new challenges and helping others grow along the way.

In 2025, she was recognized as one of Hartford Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty, honoring her leadership and impact in Connecticut.
