Anta C202 7 review - first run and first impressions. It’s been a while since I last tested a carbon plated “go faster” running shoe on the channel, so today I’m excited to lace up something completely new. In this video, I’m running in the Anta C202 7, a lightweight carbon plated running shoe designed for performance training and race day.

Anta is a brand I haven’t featured on the channel before, and I know what many of you might be thinking: another overhyped and overpriced carbon shoe. But that’s not the case here. The Anta C202 7 retails in the UK for around £130, making it one of the more affordable carbon plated running shoes currently available.

If you’re looking for a budget friendly carbon plated running shoe for racing or fast workouts, this first impressions and review video is definitely worth watching.
