I’m going to show you the best downswing drill to create more power in your golf swing. In today’s video, I’m joined by Devan Bonebrake and we are discussing how to create effortless power by focusing on one key element - X Factor.
X Factor is the difference in shoulder and hip rotation at the top of the backswing. This difference is crucial for generating torque (a key factor in speed and distance). One thing we see with professional golfers when compared to amateurs is they generally have a greater x factor.
