Before becoming NBA stars and teammates on the Denver Nuggets, Aaron Gordon and Nikola Jokic faced each other on the biggest stage of youth basketball: the FIBA U19 Basketball World Cup Final in 2013!
Gordon represented USA, while a young Jokic suited up for Serbia in a battle for the world title. USA took control and secured an 82-68 victory to claim the gold medal!
Years later, these two would become teammates in the NBA. But in 2013, they were competing against each other for a World Cup championship!
