Hoka Cielo X1 3.0 Review: Hoka's carbon racer gets lighter and gets some heel back

The Hoka Cielo X1 3.0 sees Hoka update its top-tier carbon racing shoe to make it an even better fit for race day and those faster workout days.

There's changes to the upper, outsole, carbon plate design and a move away from the aggressive decoupled design featured on the Cielo X1 2.0.
